biography

More than 30 years of research experience in applied optics, near-field optics, and nano-optics, in nanodevice fabrication, nanofabrication method and nano thin film materials. He has published more than 100 papers as first author or corresponding author and 20 international and domestic patents. Now he is a professor and director of Science & Technology Managing Department in National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST), China.
